The House of Prayer, Achill Sound
The House of Prayer at Achill Sound has been attracting pilgrims since it was established by Mayo housewife Christina Gallagher in 1993. Óstán Oileán Acla / Achill Island Hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the House of Prayer, and provides ample off-street parking for coaches and minibus tours. In addition to refreshments and meals served in Alice's Bar and in our harbourside restaurant, we can provide accommodation, meeting rooms and banqueting facilities for groups of all sizes.
Many rooms can be configured as double, twin or triple rooms
